Terms of Service for Ukraine VPS Server

Services

We offer KVM VPS, Windows RDP servers, dedicated servers and domain registration, with servers hosted in a Tier III facility in Kyiv, Ukraine. Specifications, prices and delivery times are those stated on the relevant product page and order form at the time of purchase. Website and WordPress hosting are provided on your own VPS, and you are responsible for the software you install and configure on it.

Acceptable Use

Services must be used lawfully. You may not use them to send unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, run phishing or fraud, launch attacks on other networks, infringe intellectual property or host content that is illegal where the servers are located. Unlimited or unmetered traffic is provided for normal use and must not be used in a way that harms the network or other customers. We may suspend a service that breaches these rules or puts the infrastructure at risk, and we will normally contact you through the client area.

Billing

Services are billed in advance for the selected period. Invoices are issued in the client area, and payment may be made by the methods shown at checkout, which include cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated. Domain prices are shown at checkout and may change with registry fees.

Ending a Service

You can request cancellation from the client area, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Download any data you need before the service ends, because data on cancelled servers is removed. Domain registrations follow the registry's own rules for expiry and renewal.

Backups

You are responsible for backing up your data. Keep copies of important files and databases outside your server and test that they can be restored. Any backup facilities we may offer are an extra convenience and do not replace your own backups.

Liability

We work to keep services available and secure, but we cannot be liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the relevant billing period.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to provide services, process payments and answer support requests, and we do not sell personal data. On this website, your theme choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to work. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies".

Updates to This Agreement

We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page, and the terms in the client area at control.serverslot.com remain the governing version for your account.
